Original and imaginative work that aims to adequately communicate the message is welcome.
If your project has been accepted, you will be invited to present and oral or poster communication.
For oral video communications, participants will present a 10 minute video divided into introduction, material and methods, results, discussion, and principal conclusions. This video will be screened during the conference at the time that will appear on the programme.
For poster 'flash' communications, participants should submit a 120 cm x 67.5 cm PowerPoint document containing a brief introduction, material and methods, results, discussion and main conclusions. They must be supported by a flash presentation (up to 3 minutes) showing only the content of the poster explained in more detail. The presentation can use voice-over format or a small window with the presenter's face. The poster 'flash' communication will be presented in the corresponding section that will appear in the programme.
The text and graphics of the video and poster must be in English, as well as the video's audio. It is especially recommended that the video be subtitled.
