What is IyrCIS?

A place to show your work

The International Young Researchers Conference on Invasive Species is a forum to discuss invasive species worldwide.
Communications are limited to young researchers: postgraduate students, master's students, PhD candidate, and first-year postdoc. Other researchers are welcome but never as the first author of the communication.
Taking advantage of new online capabilities, IyrCIS aims to be an independent, accessible space to communicate science. Primary with national meetings and since 2021 with international conferences, IyrCIS has demonstrated that another way to share science is possible.
For this, we rely on the selfless participation of the keynote speakers and, above all, on the work capacity of the organising and scientific committee. All of them are researchers in invasive species, most of them PhD candidates, who find a gap in their work to organise this event for all of us.
